Uttam has been making sweets and namkeen in Bikaner for over six decades — the same bhujia recipe, the same slow-set mithai, made in small batches by people who learned it from the generation before them. When you send an Uttam hamper, you are sending something with an address.

What is the minimum order?
500 hampers for our standard tiers.
How far in advance should we order?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for most orders. For Diwali, book by early September festive slots fill up because everything is made to order.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes. Share a spreadsheet with names, addresses and phone numbers, and we dispatch individually with tracking for each. There is a small per-address handling fee outside bulk delivery to a single office.
Can we get a sample first?
Yes, and we recommend it. Once you have shortlisted a hamper we ship a single sample at cost. If you go ahead with the order, we adjust that amount against your invoice.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Always. Share your GSTIN at the time of confirming and it will appear on the invoice. Payment terms are 80% advance and the balance before dispatch.
