Ours began in 1975, in our home in Bikaner, when our founder Late Shri Uttam Ji Sethia, with the support of his mother, Late Smt. Bhanwari Devi Sethia, and his wife, Smt. Pushpa Devi Sethia, began making papad.

What started as a small family effort has, over the years, grown into a journey spanning three generations, who continue to build on the foundation laid by those who came before them. From those humble beginnings, a family enterprise grew into a modern food company built on the timeless values of quality, integrity, and commitment.

Today, Uttam carries the rich taste and heritage of Bikaner to consumers across more than 18 states in India. While our products, capabilities, and reach continue to grow, our purpose remains unchanged—to create authentic, high-quality food that brings people closer to the flavours they love.
